Indigma: Mt. Vernon, Baltimore, MD
I actually ended up coming to Indigma about four times this year with friends and once with my sister for their lunch buffet. For $13, this place is really worth it. They open at 1130 with all foods steaming hot. The one time I went around 130pm, most of the food was gone or somewhat lukewarm. That being said, it is a lunch buffet so first come first serve.
They change several dishes from time to time but some of their staples have been tandoori chicken, spicy chicken, aloo saag (spinach puree with potatoes), paneer masala (goat cheese cubes in masala sauce), eggplant, an assortment of chutney and yoghurt dips as well as a salad bar and a dessert bar. Here are a few photos to give you a quick glimpse of their buffet and food items:

The dessert bar has what I think is supposed to be kheer but they sub out the vermicelli noodles for rice instead.

If you wanted to check out Indigma’s lunch buffet, you can find them at the address below. They are located right off the Washington Square Monument in the Mt. Vernon neighborhood. If you are taking the Charm City Circulator, ride the purple line northbound towards Penn Station and this is literally right off the corner. You can also access this using the Hopkins Shuttle if you are a student/faculty.
